Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DanLo, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make returns, refunds, and cancellations as simple and transparent as possible while balancing fairness and sustainability.

🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility:
    • Many of our products are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days of delivery.
    • Some products may be exchange-only, while a few are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
      This will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Return & Exchange Window:
    The return/exchange option becomes available immediately after your order is delivered and remains open for 3 days.
  • How to Request:
    You can initiate a return or exchange directly by clicking the "Return & Exchange" button on your order page.
  • Requirements:
    Photos and/or videos of the product must be submitted to verify the issue (e.g., size, defect, damage).
  • Return Shipping:
    • Usually free.
    • In rare cases where shipping is to be borne by the customer, you’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp beforehand.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. This usually takes between 2 to 15 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    • Most refunds are made to the original payment method.
    • If required, we may ask for bank account details for a manual refund (especially in the case of Cash on Delivery orders).

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
    • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • DanLo-Initiated Cancellation:
    We may cancel your order in rare cases such as:
    • Payment failure
    • Product out of stock
    • Technical issues
